Services

The finish begins before the first coat.

Every surface is considered in context: its condition, material, light, use and relationship to adjoining finishes. The result is a clearer scope and a more controlled project.

A calmer project

Your home is not just a worksite.

Protection, dust, access and communication are planned with the finish—not treated as afterthoughts.

Protection with a purpose

Floors, furniture, fittings and adjoining surfaces are considered in the work plan before preparation begins.

Preparation you can see

Repairs, sanding, primers and checks are set out in the written scope, with boundaries made clear.

Daily order

Work zones, access and daily organisation are discussed for occupied homes to reduce unnecessary disruption.

A clear handover

The finished work is reviewed against the agreed scope before the project is handed back.

What affects the cost of painting a home?+

Cost is shaped by surface condition, preparation, access, height, detail, occupied-home staging, coating selection and project scale. A detailed quote should explain these factors as inclusions, exclusions and assumptions rather than presenting a vague room rate.

Can we live in the home while it is painted?+

Often, yes. Work can be sequenced by room or zone, with daily access, ventilation and cleaning planned around the household. Larger repairs, spraying or specialist finishes may require a different arrangement, which should be discussed before work starts.

How long does interior painting take?+

Timing depends on room count, condition, ceiling height, detailing, drying time and whether the property is occupied. A site inspection allows the work sequence and practical duration to be documented more accurately.

What preparation is included?+

Preparation is tailored to the substrate and condition. It may include cleaning, filling, repairs, sanding, sound-edge preparation, gap treatment and suitable primers. The written quote should state exactly what is included and where repair boundaries sit.
